It has been specifically designed to address the challenges associated with finishing pre-collated sets. With the DocuMaster Pro, you can create high-quality booklets without the need to remove covers and center spreads for pre-creasing, only to manually reinsert them back into sets. The SmartScreen control unit allows you to easily program creasing for covers, center spreads, or all sheets in the book if required. This latest version of the DocuMaster Pro eliminates tedious and time-consuming operations by creasing the sheets as part of the feeding and bookletmaking process. 

One of the key features of the DocuMaster Pro is its 7" SmartScreen touch screen, which provides an intuitive and user-friendly interface. It can handle multi-weight pre-collated stocks and is JDF and variable data ready. The machine is highly versatile and can accommodate stock up to 0.4mm (approximately 400 gsm). With a speed of 1560 books per hour, it offers efficient production capabilities. The DocuMaster Pro also features unlimited alphanumeric memory, a sonic double detector, perforating as standard, and the ability to crease without cracking.

Controlled by the innovative 7" SmartScreen panel, the DocuMaster Pro allows you to input instructions regarding book size, number of pages, crease position, and more. All settings and adjustments can be easily made using the user-friendly SmartScreen interface, which utilizes symbols for simplicity. The machine also offers an alphanumeric memory that allows you to store and name an unlimited number of jobs, making job recall easier. 

The DocuMaster Pro is JDF ready and can seamlessly integrate into a complete workflow and MIS package. It can handle variable data books and is equipped with an optional variable data camera system, which is simple to use. The camera is set to read a fixed point on the booklet's cover or any other page, providing added convenience.
