A fast and effective solution to the old cracking problem.The AutoCreaser 33 provides the complete solution to the problem of cracking that occurs when folding digitally printed output. It is equally effective in dealing with conventionally printed card, laminates or cross-grained stock.

The AutoCreaser is fully mobile with a small footprint. A single operator can feed the machine and offload the catch tray or optional jogger.

Morgana use stepping motor technology to accurately position the substrate before creasing and we use the same technology with the creasing action. This gives total and consistent accuracy during operation. The AutoCreaser has a Head-up Display for greater ease of use. This is particularly intuitive as it provides the operator with a series of prompts which are actioned by a single controller. These include positioning of the creases, setting the speed of the machine, storing jobs and counting facility.

At Promotional Printing Machinery Limited we provide a quick turnaround, which is usually 2-3 days once payment is received depending on the size of your order.

If you require installation we can provide one of our experienced engineers to do this for you at extra cost.

Our UK sales are shipped out using our local haulage company, the items are fully secured to wooden pallets and covered with shrink wrap film to protect them during transport.

Export machines are sealed into strong wood crates that are sourced from sustainable materials, which are collected by our shipping agent and distributed to you by either Air, Road or Sea.

We only accept payment via bank transfer or cash on collection. A VAT invoice will be supplied with the machine. PayPal payment is not accepted.
